| Edgewood Ranch
is located on the shores of Lake Hiawassee in Southwest Orlando. In 1968 110 acres of
land was donated to the Edgewood program by "Aunt" Minnie Rouse. This generous donation is now the site of eight
residential cottages, two school buildings, a chapel, gymnasium, and warehouses. Orange groves on the land provide work experience for the ranchers through care of the trees and
harvesting of crops which add to the income of the ranch.

Arthur
J. Williams Chapel
Through the kind generosity of Arthur J. Williams, the chapel
at Edgewood Children's Ranch was dedicated to the Glory of God in May, 2000. In
addition to the chapel itself, which seats 400, the building contains Sunday
School rooms, conference room, pastor's office and a prayer room.

Universal
Orlando recently remodeled the cafeteria, known as "The Filling
Station." It is a popular site on campus where the Ranchers enjoy
wholesome food which is donated by the community.
Chicone Gymnasium
In September 2002 Edgewood was blessed when a much needed
gymnasium facility was dedicated in memory of Maude Lee Chicone and Jerry J.
Chicone, Sr., who came to Winter Garden in the 1920's. Even after moving in the
1950's the couple remained supportive of that West Orange County community. The
gym was made possible by their daughter, Kay Chicone Ustler. She and her
brother, Jerry Jr., continue to be very active in Winter Garden.
Bob Allen Playground Park
In 1990, community volunteers erected a large playground. It is
a safe place for the children to play and just be kids again as they develop or
gain physical health. The playground is in memory of Bob Allen, former
president of Walt Disney World and a dear friend of Edgewood Children's
Ranch.
